Individual Therapy
Many of our clients come seeking individual therapy. Our clients focus with the cooperation of their therapist on addressing their own specific concerns or areas of growth. An individualized plan is formulated between the client and the therapist to address opportunities for growth and areas of their lives where the are seeking clarity. Our clients take ownership in identifying clear goals with specific measurable outcomes and working with their therapist in attaining these.

| Family Therapy
Many of our families come seeking assistance in bridging the gap with regard to understanding or communication. We address breakdowns in communication and teach positive, productive communication skills within families. We take into consideration varied backgrounds, beliefs, and cultures in the work that we do with families. Our goal is always to employ respectful means in gaining insight and understanding with our clients and the people who mean the most to them. We work with single parent families, couples, and families of all shapes and sizes.

Group Therapy
When individuals are ready to expand their circle of personal learning beyond the individual/therapist relationship, group therapy is an excellent avenue to continue the journey. Group therapy offers opportunities toward growth in awareness of self and the ways we operate in relationships. Group therapy creates the opportunity for individuals to continue to heal relational wounds and grow interpersonal skills within the safety of a therapy setting with individuals equally invested in support and growth in their own process. Groups are generally limited in size to 5 to 6 individuals and are closed to new members once formed. Group therapy is a 90 minute session which invites the insight and life experience of it's members as resources and opportunities for learning.
